Our Story and Mission
Corvanta Solutions was created to help businesses move forward with clearer direction, stronger planning and more confident decision-making.
We have spent many years working in and alongside SMEs, helping leadership teams build capability, support growth and improve performance. Over time, we saw a consistent challenge: many organisations have ambition, strong people and real potential, but do not always have the strategic clarity, independent perspective and structured decision-making needed to convert that potential into sustained progress.
Corvanta was established to address that gap. We believe organisations achieve more when they understand their core advantage, set the right priorities and apply disciplined strategic thinking to the decisions that matter most. We bring a senior, independent perspective that helps leadership teams sharpen direction, strengthen planning, and turn strategy into focused, practical action.

We continue to strengthen our strategic capability so that our advice remains commercially grounded, intellectually robust and practical to implement. That balance shapes how we work: clear thinking, structured plans and momentum that holds under operational pressure.
Leadership
Corvanta is led by Michael Keane and Tara McLaughlin.
Michael brings strength in strategy, commercial direction and growth. His experience spans business development, strategic planning and advisory support, including consulting work with national critical infrastructure transport operators on business cases and transformation plans. His Executive MBA further strengthened this foundation, including exposure to international strategy through study and business experience in Vietnam, Silicon Valley, Israel, Palestine, and the wider Middle East.
Tara brings strength in brand, communication, growth support and people-centred business development. Her experience includes working closely with public sector stakeholders, including the Department for Education, alongside building strong capability in leadership, communication and organisational support. Her Level 7 qualification in Leadership and Management reflects a commitment to practical, effective leadership.
Together, we combine strategic, commercial and people-focused capability.
Our wider experience includes helping to establish and grow a successful business in the Netherlands delivering contracts across Europe, as well as ongoing exposure to complex client environments including policing, airports, rail, housing associations and combined authorities.
